Ethical Policy
Our responsibility as a service provider to our customers means that we have to be committed to ensuring we operate ethically and our partners and suppliers in turn do so too.
We do associate ourselves with a wide range of brands and talented individuals, and we’d never knowingly affiliate ourselves with another brand/company that did not operate in this way.
There are Organic, Vegan, and Fair Share ranges available on our website. We are also aiming to improve our organic options throughout 2023 to give our customers a wider choice when it comes to ethically sourced products.
Our social responsibility is also important to us; and we have committed to donate a percentage of the profit to charities.
Improving the impact we have on the environment is a key focus for us going into 2024. We already had measures in place but we’re always open to ideas or suggestions on how we can do better.
Our printed designs use ink that’s Vegan friendly and OEKO-TEX certified, which means they contain no chemicals which negatively impact or harm the environment. The inks are water-based and because we use DTG there is less waste than other garment printing methods. We also donate and garments that don’t pass quality control to charity, which as well as helping our local community does reduce the amount of waste we dispose of.
Our mailing bags for printed clothes are made from brown paper. We do not use plastic in any of our packaging. We have replaced plastic bubble wrap with paper bubble wrap. For our crochet collection, we use cardboard boxes for packaging and tissue paper for wrapping.
Our Lingerie collection is clinically tested for skin health. We use the highest quality of organic cotton and silk. The production site is certified and adhering to all ethical standards. The mail packaging is plastic free and all sustainable.
Our mail packaging for the crochet collection is using cardboard boxes, tissue paper, and also plastic free.
