If you would like to return/exchange an item(s), please use the self service return here, or contact us to request a return/exchange using the form below.

We accept returns within 14 days as long as the item is not worn and in its original condition for resale.

Please be advised that we cannot accept returns for some items which are not in the original conditions or for hygiene reasons.

Returning the item back is at the cost of the customer and the refund will be processed as soon as the item is received back minus the shipping costs. If the return is because of a fault of our own or you would like an exchange, we will arrange for the return of your item free of charge.

We also will offer free returns in the following conditions,

• If we mistakenly sent a damaged item.
• If we sent a wrong item.
